Winter Gardens Fusing Sunday 1st December

£95.00Price

After the success of the last Winter Gardens Workshop, I've decided to hold another one! The David Welch Winter Gardens is a place that is very close to my heart, having been Artist in Residence there in 2017. It's truly a beautiful place where you will find plenty inspiration to, under my tutition, design and create your own Floral Fused Glass Bowl or Fused Glass Artwork of your choice.

Since it's this time of year, you may wish to give it a Christmas twist, but that's entirely up to you! Another great thing about this venue is that it's not weather dependent. Open to total beginners or those with a wee bit of fusing experience.

About your teacher!
A self confessed glass geek, Shelagh is a very experienced tutor, having taught both painting and glass internationally as well as in her own studio in Aberdeen (formerly known as Oil and Glass) since 2012. In 2013 Bullseye Glass (the manufacturers of the glass you will use in this session) invited Shelagh to their factory in Portland, Oregon, where she completed a week long instructors course. She absolutely adores teaching, and always makes sure that her sessions are very informative, but also lots of fun!
